Approval is based on need. Your DDD Support Coordinator, along with you as the parent or guardian, completes a needs assessment \u2014 usually based on an interview and observation \u2014 to determine the level of support required. The plan reflects the individual&#8217;s specific needs and is reviewed regularly.
