Living Fount Care (LFC) is an in-home and residential service provider born out of passion to offer care in a dignified manner. LFC is founded solely to provide excellent care.

LFC service model is based on responsive care tailor-made to the specific needs of our members. We will work towards offering a range of services to help individuals we support and individuals with disabilities maintain a comfortable lifestyle (as defined by our members). LFC philosophy is to ‘learn, engage and wow. This means that we will learn from the member and member’s representative, engage positively to ensure the dignity of the member is maintained, and wow by providing the utmost pleasurable service that ripples!

We are an in-home service provider committed to providing assistance to clients and to their families. Through the assistance and the support that we can give, we strive hard to help you feel safe, comfortable, and healthy in your home. Living Fount Care mission is to ensure that the individuals we support lead honorable, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes or in one of our residential placements, by working with them and their representatives. To assess carefully and fully understand their individual needs and selectively place trained personnel to meet and exceed these needs.

Our objectives are divided into 3 broad categories:

  • Partnership: To build a lasting partnership with the community in ensuring that everyone can live a dignified life in spite of any disabilities and provide employment opportunities within the community.
